NEWS: I’m moving…

Hey nice WordPress followers,

I’ll shortly be moving my blog over to a self-hosted platform, which I’m really excited about. I’ve been fantasising about having a slicker site (well, mainly just a movable slider post) for absolutely aaages and I’ve finally decided to take the plunge. It’s all part of longer term plans to build up my race e-guide empire and take over the world (cue, evil laugh).

I love learning new stuff like making websites, but sadly it means I’m not going to be able to take my existing WordPress followers across with me. So if you’re a WordPress user/blogger and are following this blog via the internal WordPress reader thingy I’d like to ask you really nicely to hit the ‘Follow Blog via Email’ button to the right of this post so I can take you over with me on my exciting adventure. (I’ll be on BlogLovin too so alternatively you can follow me on this.)

And also, just a final note: These changes carry the small risk that my blog might look like a construction site for a little while, as I’m fumbling around slightly and learning things as I go along. I might accidentally delete everything and there’s a small risk that I’ll break the internet while I’m tinkering around; if so then I apologise in advance. But I’m confident in the long run that it’s the right move and I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into a new challenge.
