Day 29: A special Janathon guest appearance from Andy Murray

Something exciting happened tonight. I went out for dinner at the All England Tennis Club (YES that’s the one where the Wimbledon Tennis Championships are held) and it just so happened that Andy Murray was having dinner on the table next to me. Cool.

I was going to talk about the Write this Run event in May which I bought a ticket for yesterday (did I mention I wrote a post that won the runner up prize of awesome Clif Bars? No? Oh, well I did now), and see if other Janathoners were going.

But I ran out of time, as I was in meetings all day in between cycling to work and back (15 miles). I didn’t really have time for a proper run because I was going out for dinner, but I ran the 2 miles to get to Wimbledon, then changed and ate steak. And I met Andy Murray, in case you didn’t notice.

Total cycling mileage: 15 miles

Total running mileage: 2 miles

Food I ate: Venison carpaccio; Fillet steak with portabello mushroom and  stilton
